Terms and Conditions

By accessing frontlinepublishing.com or engaging Frontline Publishing for book production, ghostwriting, editing, or formatting services, you enter into a binding agreement with us. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our website and services immediately.

Independent Organization Disclaimer

Frontline Publishing operates as an independent organization and has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or association with any other company or brand that may share a similar or identical name. This includes well known publishing companies or corporations. All content, services, and products available on this website are exclusively provided by Frontline Publishing and are not authorized, endorsed, or approved by any third party.

Nature of Our Services

Frontline Publishing is strictly a professional creative service provider. We do not stock, ship, or sell physical merchandise or retail items. Our offerings consist of custom ghostwriting, developmental editing, copyediting, proofreading, interior typesetting, cover design, and self publishing advisory services. Each engagement represents an individualized creative service carried out according to the project specifications agreed upon between the client and our staff.

Author Responsibilities and Project Progress

Creative services depend on active collaboration. To ensure delivery schedules are met, you agree to provide necessary source notes, reference materials, feedback, and milestone approvals in a timely manner.

  • You agree to review submitted outlines, drafts, and layout proofs and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.
  • If a project stalls because a client fails to respond or provide required materials for more than 45 consecutive days, Frontline Publishing reserves the right to place the project on hold or close the contract.
  • Resuming a dormant project may require an administrative reactivation fee or adjusted delivery schedules based on current team availability.
Payment and Billing Terms

Project costs and payment milestones are clearly defined in your initial project quote or service invoice.

  • Agreed deposits or milestone installments must be completed before work on corresponding project phases begins.
  • All card payments are processed through secure third party vendors such as PayPal or Square. Frontline Publishing never collects or stores credit card numbers on its servers.
  • Pending payments on scheduled milestone installments may pause creative work until the balance is settled.
Intellectual Property and Full Client Ownership

We believe that authors should maintain total control over their creative vision and commercial rights.

  • You retain 100 percent legal ownership of all written drafts, outlines, final manuscripts, and book interior files developed during your project.
  • Frontline Publishing makes no copyright claims, demands no royalties from future book sales, and retains no licensing interest in your work.
  • Full ownership transfer takes effect once payment for the contracted service has been received in full.
Content Originality and Plagiarism Standards

Every manuscript drafted or ghostwritten by our team is created from scratch. We guarantee that all client work is entirely original and free from copied material. If your book requires historical citations, public facts, or third party excerpts, our writing staff will research, paraphrase, and cite those sources appropriately. You agree not to ask our team to knowingly duplicate or infringe upon copyrighted works belonging to others.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We hold client trust as a top priority. All manuscripts, story concepts, private notes, and communications shared with Frontline Publishing remain strictly confidential. We will never sell, lease, or share your proprietary material with outside vendors, competitors, or other writers.

Third Party Self Publishing Platforms

When assisting with book distribution setup on platforms like Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, Apple Books, or IngramSpark, Frontline Publishing acts solely in an advisory and formatting capacity.

  • You remain the account holder and direct publisher on those platforms.
  • We cannot control third party approval timelines, external content filters, print on demand manufacturing speeds, or retail algorithms.
  • Frontline Publishing is not responsible for platform suspensions, distribution delays, or retail pricing adjustments initiated by those third party networks.
Limitation of Liability

Frontline Publishing provides professional writing, editorial, and formatting services to help authors release high quality books. However, we do not promise specific commercial outcomes, bestseller list placements, book sales numbers, or third party media coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontline Publishing will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for that specific service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions occasionally to reflect updates in our service operations or legal standards. Changes become effective as soon as they are posted on frontlinepublishing.com.

Continued use of our website or services after updates are published confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.
